Consulate General of Ireland: Summer Reception - Toronto, Canada
Consul General of Ireland, Janice McGann, hosted a Summer Reception on the evening of June 10th, 2024, to mark the visit of the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Enterprise, Trade and Employment. Dave attended from ReaDI-Watch, and was thrilled to interact with the Irish/Canadian community of professionals, entrepreneurs and innovators.

Professor Gerry Byrne (CSO, ReaDI-Watch) attended the 24th euspen International Conference this week at University College Dublin, Ireland hosted by euspen’s President, Professor Liam Blunt (pictured) and Professor Denis Dowling, Director of the SFI I-FORM Research Centre. This conference and exhibition provides a leading forum for industrialists and academics alike to present and review the best of world-wide industrial innovation, research and development in precision and ultra-precision manufacturing technologies.
The event was very well attended with strong international participation allowing delegates to gain an excellent understanding of the international state of the art.
